Service is very important to Schaubek.de. As a matter of course we offer a wide range of payment methods. Decide yourself how to pay.

Payment by credit card
advantage:
You may shop easily with your credit card. After you ordered you don’t have to worry about the payment. You may pay with your Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We charge your credit card the day of dispatch. In case some items are not available at this moment you will only have to pay for the partial delivery.
Schaubek guarantees a secure shopping:
You can be sure that we protect your online transactions in every possible way. All personal data you transmit to us, your order, your name, your address and credit card data are transferred in encrypted form. Schaubek uses one of the safest methods for internet commerce, the "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL)-transmission with 128 bit encryption.
For further safety only limited members of staff have access to secured customer data.
In the unlike event that your credit card data is being misused by unauthorized persons please contact your credit card company immediately to initiate necessary measures. Most of the credit card companies cover damage completely or limit the liability for customers to 100,- EUR.
Schaubek may overtake your equity ratio up to 100,- EUR in case the misuse of your credit card is a traceable result of an order done at Schaubek; if it’s not been covered by your credit card company and if it’s not a fault of yours.
Automatic debit transfer
Your advantage:
To pay with automatic debit transfer is safe and easy. We deduct the money from your German bank account and you don’t have to worry about the settlement of the bill. We deduct the money on the day of shipment. In case some items are not available at this moment you will only have to pay for the partial delivery.
Please take notice that paying with automatic debit transfer is only possible from a cheque account of a bank based in Germany

You are protected against misuse by a third person: if someone deducts money from your account unauthorized you only need to enter an objection at your bank and they will cancel the debit. Time limit for filling an objection usually is 6 weeks. Your bank will be happy to give you more information about the automatic debit transfer.
Cash on delivery
To pay cash on delivery is safe and easy. You pay the amount of money cash to the postman, who delivers the goods.
However this way is more expensive as paying with credit card or automatic debit transfer, because the Deutsche Post AG as well as private postal services charge for this with an additional delivery charge.
All cash on delivery will be done by the Deutsche Post AG, so you may pick up your order at the nearest post office if nobody is at home. In this case you will find an information card in your mail box.
Please take notice that cash in delivery is only possible within Germany.
A request for you: Continually cash on delivery shippings return back to us, because they never got picked up or were unclaimed. This causes unnecessary and high costs. Please empty your mailbox regularly if you are waiting for cash on delivery shippings. Ask your neighbour if he or she might have accepted the package. Please fill in all your address data properly.
Payment in advance
Schaubek guarantees secure shopping:
Just pay in advance. If you transfer the invoice total with online banking we receive the money usually within 24 hours. Please note that transfers done after 4 p.m. will be processed the next day. Please use our international bank account. (IBAN / BIC).
Payment by Paypal
To pay with Paypal ensures high security standards and guarantees a fast transfer of money to our account – thus makes a fast delivery of your ordered items possible.
You need to have a PayPal-account which you may easily install at http://www.paypal.de/ .
To pay on open account
You may pay on open account if you order at Schaubek.de within Germany.
This is how it works:
To order on an open account you have to be registered with a customer number.
If you order without being registered you don’t have the possibility to pay on open account.
You will get your invoice together with your ordered items. You transfer the amount invoiced right after receipt of the goods without any allowance to our bank account.
Please take notice:
To pay on open account can only be used for companies and individual persons within Germany.
Billing address and delivery address must be equal and within Germany. To pay on open account is possible for persons being over 18 years of age.
As a new customer you may order up to a limit (creditworthiness assumed). If we receive several orders we calculate the limit from the sum of all open invoices. If you order your first time with a high contract value we recommend another payment method.
Delay in payment:
Payment is due upon delivery. If you are in arrears with payments we have to charge dunning costs. In case of delay in payment we reserve the right to accept only credit cards, advanced payment or cash on delivery (only within Germany and additional charges) for further orders.
