Our delivery service
Your order will be processed within one working day and our shipping department will pack everything carefully. The dispatch is made by DHL. On the day of dispatch you will receive an e-mail with your package number and a tracking link; with this information you may check the current shipment status.

Our gift service
We are happy to send orders on your behalf to an address within Germany and for an additional charge of 2,50 Euro even wrapped as a present. Please leave a note for this in the comment field while ordering. For birthdays, Christmas or other occasions – our gift certificate is the right idea!

Subsequent deliveries
… are sometimes unavoidable. We are constantly striving on a high availability; still in some individual cases it may come to a late delivery.
A variety of our products is manufactured especially for you. Please excuse us for any inconvenience concerning this production-related time of waiting. Subsequent deliveries will be of cause at our cost and as soon as possible.

All personal data will be treated as strictly confidential. Furthermore data will be forwarded to check creditworthiness and solvency to the Schufa Holding AG. While processing these data your concerns will be accounted for in accordance with legal requirements.
